Spray foam insulation day 4

The production supervisor from Great Northern Insulation came by, using a Froth-Pak which has a smaller spraying gun and longer spraying distance, he tried to address all the ares that were problematic to access by the truck crews. The Froth-Pak foam is a 1.5 lb / ft³. While the purple WALLTITE ECO is 2 lb / ft³. Forth-Pack foam has an R value of 5.5 while WALLTITE ECO has an R value of 7. However, because these areas have access problem, Froth-Pak will just have to do.

Here it is the Froth-pack applied to the opening left behind by the WALLTITE ECO.

Here’s a few spot that’s difficult to spray from underneath and too far for the truck crew to spray over the duct works. So it is Forth-Pak to the rescue.

Another spot that was fixed by Froth-Pak.

However, the supervisor still missed a couple of spots. Here’s one of them where I can still see the rim board.

And this same spot identified from last round wasn’t fixed either.

Now I have to wait for the supervisor to come back to address those two missing spots.
